1- Please ensure the hall is left clean and in the same condition as it was received. 2- If you require a caretaker during your event, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to arrange one for you at a small additional cost (e.g. £12/hour). 3- Children are not allowed to go to kitchen facility at any time 4- Please do not park in the neighbour’s (lighting shop) car park at any time. Also, do not block any neighbouring driveways. Kindly inform your guests in advance. 📌 MCE reserves the right to cancel any booking under the following circumstances: a) If the description or nature of the program provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading b) If the centre is required for an urgent MCE need or, e.g, needed for condolence gathering for a community member death.
